Water Conservation at Faceys
In 1996 Faceys installed a water recycling plant and in the five years from 2003-2007 Faceys recycled over 27 million litres of water. The water recycling plant utilises two Amiad basalt filters together with chlorine injection. In September 2008 we boosted our water holding capacity by 354 thousand litres with the installstion of two Rhino water tanks. This significantly increased our capacity to recycle our run off and in 2008 we recycled over 11 million litres of water.
We are committed to water conservation and will continually strive to reduce our water use at Faceys.
