Chilean Guava
Myrtus ugni
Medium shrub with small pink and white flowers, followed by edible purplish to red coloured berries. Berries may be eaten off the tree or used in sauces, jams or jellies. Please refer to our recipe guide for more ideas.
Cultural Notes:
Medium shrub growing to 2m, is also suitable for pots. Likes full sun to part shade in moist, rich, well-drained soil. Drought and frost tender. Produced from seed and cutting.
