A bird-attracting Australian native. It flowers prolifically and features bright red and emerald green flowers that are presented on distinctive red stems in symmetry with pale green foliage. Bush Dance is a shorter-lived variety. It is best grown as a container or rockery plant.

Plant in a sunny location, with well-drained soil. remove old flower stems and leaves as close as possible to their base. sprinkle good quality slow-release fertiliser around the base of the plant in autumn and spring. water only when the top of the potting mix has dried out.
