A medium sized tree with rough, fissured, grey bark and dull green leaves. From autumn to spring it produces a profusion of long, pale yellow flower spikes, followed by silvery grey cones. Ideal for coastal gardens and erosion control. The flowers provide winter colour in the garden, and act attract nectar feeding birds.
