A bushier form of the widely grown sugar gum, this medium-sized tree forms a dense canopy with glossy green foliage. The smooth trunk is mottled grey to bluish grey. A profusion of fluffy white flowers are borne through summer. Widely planted as a shelter belt on farms, suitable as a wind break or screening and shade tree. Will tolerate drought and light frosts.
