A deciduous hibiscus that is fast growing from clumps with attractive foliage and large flowers - up to 20cm. A dramatic plant as the leaves develop and then the huge flowers begin to open. 

Clean up and cut back the plants at the end of winter. Apply generous amounts of balanced fertiliser. Mulch well.
