'Butterfly Scentz' is a dwarf form of Hymenosporum flavum, or Native Frangipani, which forms a dense shrub. It grows well in both part shade and full sun, but flowers more profusely in a sunny position. Soil type is not critical as long as it is well drained. Fragrant, creamy yellow flowers are produced in late spring. Also makes a great specimen plant in a large tub, an attractive informal hedge, or a background plant in a bed of low growing perennials.
