Pepinos are a member of the potato family. Very easy to grow and produce fruit readily. They have very showy purple and white flowers throughout the year followed by melon-like striped fruit that turns yellow when it is ripe. Pepinos are great to use in cooking or raw. Low maintenance.

- Plant in free draining fertile ground or in a large pot using premium potting mix. feed once a year in spring with a slow release fertiliser and keep soil moist for best results. mulching around the base of the plant is recommended. regular prune in the warmer months.
