An attractive burgundy form of this classic, easy to grow hedging plant. Deep burgundy new foliage and pretty white flowers.
Burgundy Beauty (also called Camilvy) is a Dutch selection of the classic garden hedge Photinia 'Red Robin'. Like its parent it is easy to grow requiring an annual prune for a formal hedge or a light biannual trim for a loose hedge. The deep burgundy new growth makes it a stunning show in any garden.
Plant as a specimen tree with other small to medium trees like Acer palmatum, Ceanothus 'Blue Pacific' or a deciduous Magnolia. Use as a medium to large hedge around a formal garden.
Regular applications of Seasol and PowerFeed - mid spring to mid autumn.
