A small, compact, slow growing tree with smooth, leathery leaves. White flowers in late spring are followed by heavy crops of large, round, yellow fruit with a delicious, aromatic flesh. Stunning in a container with rich green, glossy leaves and aromatic fruit. Best eaten fresh or try the famous guava jam. Great in children's lunch boxes as a natural form of vitamin C.
