A fully hardy variety that delights with a long lasting show of larger than normal flowers. Bred by Hugh Boyd in Scotland. Each 2.5cm light buttermilk-yellow flower is set off with a simple yellow eye. Flowers can take on a light blue flush in cooler temperatures. Blooms are slightly fragrant. Suitable for planting in part to full shade positions as a border plant, in containers on patios or en masse as drifts under trees.
